Electric Vehicle Offers & Information

Tillamook PUD EV Charger Rebate Program

Tillamook PUD EV Charger Rebate Program logo
Level 2 electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) provides charging through a 240 V AC plug. Level 2 adds about 10 to 60 miles of range to a vehicle per hour of charging time, making it far more convenient than standard 120 V AC charging, which adds about 2 to 5 miles per hour of charging. Additionally, level 2 charging is a more energy-efficient method of charging, as most EV have on-board components that require additional electricity the entire time the EV is plugged in.

Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program

Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program logo
The Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program (OCVRP) offers rebates for Oregon drivers who purchase or lease electric vehicles. It is not a tax credit. DEQ designed the Program to reduce vehicle emissions by encouraging the purchase or lease electric vehicles instead of gas vehicles. Eligibility requirements differ depending on which rebate you apply for.

Please note that due to high demand and limited funding, OCVRP will be open for a short time in 2024. Vehicles must be purchased or leased from April 3, 2024 to June 3, 2024, to be eligible for a rebate. Applicants have six months from their date of purchase or lease to apply. However, you will be placed on a waiting list to be paid once DEQ receives funding in early spring 2025.

At this time, we anticipate reopening in Spring 2025, when funding is replenished. The OCVRP website will be updated when the program receives funding, so please continue to check the website homepage for program updates.
  • Vehicles must meet program eligibility requirements
  • Residential and Commercial options available
  • Additional restrictions apply, see program website for details
  • Program is dependent on fund availability, be sure to check the program website for current information
